A BATHING APE (or BAPE for short), a Japanese streetwear brand that I follow, has a cafe in Kuala Lumpur called BAPE CAFE!? It’s located in Suria KLCC, which is the mall below the PETRONAS Twin Towers. So when we visited KL, we had to make a stop for it.

The cafe is attached to a BAPE store, which is full of cool apparel and accessories:

The cafe has a cool facade, featuring Baby Milo parodies of grocery products.

The cafe’s interior is futuristic, with seats adorned with BAPE’s famous camouflage design.

Since we were still full from our Smoked Duck Curry meal from Itik Salai Mashtar (read my review here), we only had coffee and snacks.
We tried their Berries Dream cheesecake. While it has a nice berry flavor, I suspect that it’s not largely made of cream cheese. It goes well with coffee, though.

We also had their Truffle Fries, which has crisp fries and a nice truffle and cheese flavors. We love this one!

Honestly, there’s nothing spectacular with the food we tried at BAPE CAFE!? But if I return, I’ll definitely try more dishes so I can make a more accurate judgment of the cafe. Anyway, I recommend this spot if you are a fan of BAPE.
